REMBE GmbH is a brand specialized on and producing Flow
Metering and Gravimetric Weighing Systems.
 Continuous
quantity measurement and weighing of the materials like
granules, flour and salt are made through C-LEVER II today.
The biggest advantages for the business here are very low
maintenance costs, high measuring accuracy, simple structure,
and high operational soundness.
C-LEVER II is supported with its compact structure and
improved mass flow centrifugal force. In other words, it is
measured within the pipe through the simplest way. C-LEVER II
is factory adjusted; it has no moveable parts and does not
require maintenance practically.
Its measurement accuracy is %0.2; and it is appropriate for
all solid materials.
 In
silos, the gravimetric ingredient and weight control is made
by MicroCell and LESICOM. MicroCell is apt for the storing and
(de)charging silos standing on support legs. The advantages
here: simple mounting on legs during operation, free from the
process pressure, dust, heat and corrosion. It is totally
maintenance-free, and enables to see the just in time
material positions. LESICOM is used in all silos cylindrical
and sitting on the ground. It is free from the process
pressure, dust, heat and corrosion. Many silos can be
controlled via one single electronics, real inverter control
is ensured, it enables to see the just in time material
positions.
 The
weight of the moving conveyors is measured by UNIBAND. It is
affordable, maintenance-free, and robust. The quantity and
distribution of the product is known. It enables to load the
trucks optimally.
The MetAlarm metal detector detecting the metal parts on the
conveyor bands provides considerable advantages to the
businesses. It prevents high maintenance costs and operation
stops. The amortization is rapid. The metal detection is
highly accurate.
